Japan earthquake
It’s 1am and I just got rocked awake by an earthquake that hit eastern Japan sea. Japan is so well-known for its earthquake that I tend to ignore it and went back to sleep. Surely enough, another one hit in less then few minutes and lasted a while.
I got up and unlock the door, grab a cup of tea and search google for “Japan earthquake” which throw me to the official Japan Meteorological Agency site and saw a couple of mag. 6 hitting eastern Japan sea.
Then around 01:45am, a huge one hit. That really shock me up, since I think this is the biggest one I felt since I have been in Japan for 2 years. A moment later news started pouring in at google news.
Although it was scary it was quite an experience. Now hoping I can get back to sleep… orz.

Tokyo Hanami 2008
Well it is my favorite season again, spring is here and sakura (cherry blossom) is right at its peak now. This time I went to the Yoyogi Park and then to Chidorigafuchi in Tokyo.
I was lucky to bring my tripod along and the night view is simply amazing! The shot above was one of them, no post processing was done to it. That is right off the camera and what I see that night.
Just like any events in Japan, there is like a long queue (really long!) of people lining up just to see the sakura. I go ahead and went the other way around and avoid it.
See the rest of the photos of sakura after the jump..

Alright, here are the rest of the photos from the previous Tokyo Game Show 2007, sorry it took so long to post the follow up as I was swamped with work this entire week. Not much photo as many didn’t turn up well due to the underground bunker like lighting. So lets start with the only thing that don’t have “no photo” tag on them.

Tokyo Game Show 2007
Went to TGS today which is the last day for the business day. Reach there early morning, about half and hour before opening. Even for business day the queue is still quite long, but not longer than Wonder Festival held earlier this year. As do previous TGS, the hall was really dark and no photo sign everywhere on every stall. So please bare with me with just the few photo I manage to salvage from.
I will split or update this post by section, as I need to sort out the photos and maybe go take it again (didn’t capture enough booths >_<
when I go again on public day.
